UX/UI Design a CRM application for Dartmouth College to support the launch of the Augmendo AR mobile app, enabling museum curators to manage and enhance art collections with interactive elements.

Challenge

Create a user-friendly, modern interface for a CRM system that would be accessible and intuitive for both younger and older users.

I analyzed similar CRM systems to design an optimized UX prototype and user flow tailored to the needs of Dartmouth College curators and students.

Solution

Designed over 50 screens for the CRM system, including designs for both desktop and mobile devices.

Created design a unique AR-tag editor, allowing college curators to easily add interactive tags directly onto museum artwork images.

Results

The CRM became a key tool for Dartmouth curators and students, enabling them to seamlessly add content to the Augmendo AR app, for which I also designed the interface. This facilitated an enriched, interactive experience for all users.
