Societe Generale | UX/UI Design

At Belowe, we had the pleasure of working on a comprehensive UX prototyping and UI design project for DeltaCredit bank (before 2022), which was a part of the Societe Generale Group at the time.

The project involved designing the interface for the bank’s personal account, drawing inspiration from leading financial institutions such as Societe Generale, JPMorgan, and UniCredit.

About

Societe Generale Group, founded in 1864, is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions, known for its innovative approach to banking. Operating in over 60 countries, the group provides a wide range of services, including retail and corporate banking, investment banking, and asset management. As a technology-driven bank, Societe Generale is at the forefront of digital transformation, continuously investing in cutting-edge technologies to enhance its services and meet the evolving needs of its global client base.

Challenge

Our team focused on creating a seamless user experience by dedicating 80% of our efforts to UX design and the remaining 20% to user interaction. This approach allowed us to craft an interface that is both intuitive and user-friendly. Over the course of the project, we designed approximately 70 screens, ensuring that every detail—from icons to illustrations—was carefully considered to enhance the overall user experience.

Solution

Additionally, we developed more than 10 pop-up modal windows, each containing advanced settings and parameters within the personal account. Special attention was given to accessibility, incorporating features such as voice typing for login and password input to accommodate users with physical disabilities.

Outcome

Belowe is proud to have contributed to a project that not only meets the high standards of top-tier banks but also prioritizes inclusivity and user satisfaction.
