Societe Generale

I had the pleasure of working on a complex UX prototyping and UI design project for DeltaCredit Bank, which at the time (until 2022) was part of the Societe Generale group.

For this project, I designed the interface for the bank’s personal account, drawing inspiration from leading financial institutions like Societe Generale, JPMorgan, and UniCredit.

About

Founded in 1864, Societe Generale Group is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions, recognized for its forward-thinking approach to banking. With operations spanning over 60 countries, the group offers a broad range of services, from retail and corporate banking to investment banking and asset management.

Known for embracing technology, Societe Generale invests heavily in digital transformation, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance its services and adapt to the evolving needs of its global clientele.

Challenge

I focused on creating a seamless user experience by dedicating 80% of my efforts to UX design and the remaining 20% to user interaction. This approach allowed me to craft an interface that is both intuitive and user-friendly.

Throughout the project, I designed around 70 screens, ensuring that every detail—from icons to illustrations—was thoughtfully crafted to enhance the overall user experience.

Solution

Additionally, I developed over 10 pop-up modal windows, each featuring advanced settings and parameters within the personal account.

I paid special attention to accessibility, integrating features like voice typing for login and password input to support users with physical disabilities.

Outcome

I’m proud to have contributed to a project that not only meets the high standards of top-tier banks but also prioritizes inclusivity and user satisfaction.
